Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with EMBRACE Hybrid Store. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital and physical products. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

Digital Products (Ebooks)

All sales of digital products, including ebooks, are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately upon purchase. As such, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items.

If you experience any technical issues with your ebook download or access, please contact us at kelsey@embracehybrid.com and we will ensure you receive your purchase successfully.

Physical Products

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at kelsey@embracehybrid.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads (ebooks, guides, PDF products)

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before attempting a return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to complete a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
